VCC for adcenter & FB

Hi guys, I need help. I am looking for adcenter VCC and FB vcc preferably loaded with $5 (or equivalent for initial account setup/activation fees etc).
Where can I get Virtual Credit Card that will work for Adcenter & FB?

I have done the VCC google search but most of the sites showing up in the results page lead me to sites that aren't responsive (even impossible to contact support).
Please help so that I can get my CPA campaigns rolling out.

Most vcc are scam sites. Be careful when messing around with them.
