My CPA Network and AM are stealing from me. Help!!

I have promited CPA offers through MaxBounty.com and have gotten over 33 clicks. I have also gotten a personal friend of mine to click on the offer and complete the FREE offer (he was interested in it for himself). This was from an IP address is another state.

The problem I have is that my Reports only show 1 click, not 33 and NO actions. I know for a fact there is at least 1 action (my friend) and 33 clicks not 1 because that is what my analytics show. I proceeded to email and then call my Affiliate Manager and he says they are the ones who are correct and that only 1 person clicked and nobody completed FREE offer. That is a lie because my analytrics show something else and my friend wouldn't lie to me.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any other recourse that I have?

Either they are scrapping from you or the stats just haven't come through yet. There could be an issue in delay.

If the clicks are not being counted in MaxBounty, it is because your tracking link has not been specified correctly in whatever traffic source system you are using. Please double check that code, or any code you may have in a redirect.

That's something you might have wanted to think about before you start accusing people of stealing.

Maxbounty doesn't steal money lol. I've been a publisher over there for 5 months and have been treated very well. Highest payouts, always paying on time, great customer service.

No stats are real time with networks. There's always some kind of delay which is due to not overloading their servers. Be patient, give it at least 12 to 24 hours to show before you accuse a well respected network of stealing $1.25 from you.

I only seen C2M have nearly good as real time stats. I tested it with fanpages with bit.ly . only 10 or 20 sec difference.

Perhaps your friends ip or email address was already in the merchants system, hence the pixel didn't fire?

Make sure the offer wasn't a two page submit where you have to fill out more information than just the email

MB is one the most reputable networks out there, i highly doubt they're stealing from any of their publishers.

I would verify the traffic you sent to the offer is in the accepted countries the offer takes. You may have 30 clicks from countries the offer doesn't accept, which is why you would only see 1 click in the system.

Check your statistics again, mate. If your offer was only for United States visitors, then CPA company will only count USA submits. Make sure your visitors come from the country the offer is targeting or else you will not get the commission.

I'm not working with MB, but their reputation is good and I don't think that they would steal you, specially with such a low volume.

So I recommend you to double check your URL on the advertising platform to see if the traffic is going to the right page and, if it doesn't solve the problem, contact your affiliate manager to find out what's wrong.

Brave to accuse them of stealing from you in a public forum. If someone closes a window before the page is finished loading, a tracking script at the top of the page could have the load recorded, whereas a script at the bottom would not have ran yet. So you can see differences in those numbers.

Is your traffic source PPV? Each time the page serves up counts as a click but someone didnt actually "click" anything except the close button.

Are you sure where your offer is converting. Maybe more steps need to be filled. Also, maybe you should look for a network whose stats update faster. You shouldn't have to wait all day to know where your stats are.

I know this is an old post but i wanted to comment on this. I got accepted to max bounty 3 days ago and have promoted the heck out of their email submits, one page submits and 1 page leads. I have stayed within the boundaries of countries and advertising methads etc. In 3 days i have 292 clicks and not a single action for about 20 different offers i advertised. Im not saying anyone is stealing from me in any way but I figure the stats would have updated by day 3. it shows the clicks pretty much in real time but other than that nothing. No actions, no earnings just nothing. I use the contexual creative to advertise and always make sure the page works before I start a campaign. Any ideas of what could be the problem or am I doing something wrong?

Test your offers. some convert right there and there on the email or zip submit and some dont. Choose the ones that pay quickly. I have found that Peerfly's offers usually convert quickly. But im a Maxbounty Junkie. I just love their network and the AM's!

Your analytics stats mean nothing. I am seeing people from one IP clicking on CPA offers 4 times in a row - JUST to decide at the end they wont fill out the offer....so it's 4 clicks but no conversion.

You cannot simply assume that a click on analytics equals a conversion. Unless you have a tracking pixel on the ACTUAL thank you page (which fires after a conversion) you cannot track whether a conversion happened.

There are a lot of reasons this could be happening.
As others have suggested: either your link is incorrect, or your traffic is from a country that isn't allowed. Those are really the only two reasons why you'd be showing 33 uniques and they're only showing one.

Maxbounty is a pretty reputable company. Also, as someone who helps run a CPA Network, I really can't see any reason for them to scrub you that hard. If you don't make money, you won't keep sending them traffic.

Maxbounty is indeed solid. I think it's your tracking that's may be problem. Try sending traffic straight to the MB link or via another tracker
