We are getting mass unlimited traffic and need advice on how to monetize it with Popup Ads please

We are currently getting mass amounts of unlimited traffic which is growing daily, this is not targeted traffic which is why we would like to make revenue by monetizing with Popup Ads. We know that offering any types of CPA or anything will just not work to be honest.

I have seen on some porn sites that they have the Poup Ads applied when the member view a video "We are Not using porn". I am under the impression that it would only happen once per member because the backend would record the IP, this is to stop the port site owner from being banned I guess.

I have the abilty to apply the same technique within my code if needed, I can easily stop the Ads being applied more than one per IP. Which network would be the best to use, any help would be great with this please because I am pretty newbie.

popup and popunder getting a higher % of blocked in browser these days.

Theres way to get popups running, but those i have seen kinda makes the user never come back to that page

It's like a floating ad that will come into your page. They cannot be blocked from floating in. So therefore you will maximise your revenue.

That sounds fantastic so we would get paid by simply getting the traffic to click on a link, and as soon as the Ad is shown thats where the money is pretty much. We can even change the amount of time the traffic views the Ad if needs be.

Yeah all the users would need to do is visit your website and you would make money from it. They wouldn't need to click anything.

We can make the traffic stay on the Ad for as long as we want, before redirecting them to the original destination etc... How much can we make per Ad buddy.

Depending on the layerad company you use. This is an example of binlayer. binlayer.com/info,publisher_reward.html. Would you be looking at banner ads too?

Is there no way to make the Ad poup without the traffic clicking on it, or that we could mask it with some type of free offer to get them to click on the link, thus making the Ad poup etc... On these xxx sites the Ads poup when clicking play on videos.

Ah this method I have no idea on. As long as they visit your url the ad will pop.

Sorry I must be getting some what confused, so are you saying that we can have the Ad popup on every visit, without having the traffic click on the Ad banner or what ever.

If you were going for popups try edomz.com they offer upto $5.00 per 1000 views for US visitors.

Hi buddy to be fair the traffic we are getting is from all over the place, in fact we managed to test it out earlier and placed some Ads on one of the sites, we were not getting a very good conversion at all which was odd.

Perhaps you could let us know what the best Popup Ad business would be to use, that would be great because the one mentioned tried to scam us today.

We do standard display advertising with 728x90, 160x600, and 300x250. What piqued my interest in your post is not wanting to use CPC/PPC as your model for generating revenue. We are in the CPM space.

However we are a reputable company with a lot of transparency and good communication.

Just a quick one buddy, why are you mainly looking at Pop Up/Under Ads? I can only speak for myself but every time I get one of these I dont even let it load, I close it str8 away and I would imagine thats what most of your visitors would do too tbh.

Also, arent there tools out there that let you see your demographic at all? I know in the CPanel its very limited and I dont know if your site is high enough to be recorded on Quantcast or similar but at least if you have a favoured country you could start there.

I didnt see anywhere where you mention your URL so cannot see what the content is but if you are getting a lot of traffic then you are getting a lot of traffic for a reason. They are visiting your site because it interests them for whatever reason, again I dont know your site so cant comment. But if a lot of people are visiting a site then go to town on the reason. If its a hobby site then exploit it. Information products etc. Physical products etc.

Dont just limit yourself to useless Popup Ads.

I agree completely Icon. Another benefit of working with Lijit is our analytics provide a host of actionable data on your readership. Similar to google's info but condensed a bit into functional numbers.
