Default CPV/PPV Network confusion

Hello everybody,
it might be a newbie question but I haven't found answer for it here.
I searched for good PPV networks. I want to add google remarketing code on a banner on my competitors site.

i've got a few questions:
1. Which network will you recommend to use.
2. How would I know if the network has service to show pop up banners?
3. Is there a good network I can test it without investing too much. The lowest I saw is directCPV.com. the minimum is $100. would be hoping get a way with less at 1st shot.

Thank you,
Shlomo

G remarketing code tag works only on their content network.

I've just started doing some PPV traffic and the lowest start up cost I found was $100 with Media Traffic. Traffic is very good though.

If you are testing new offers , I would advice that you start with LeadImpact .

I would also want to tell you that google remarketing works with contextual advertising like Google content network . So , you don't need to use Google remarketing .

LeadImpact seems like a good solution. Do you know if I can put the remarketing code on the pop up?

I know that they have contextual advertising, but it's not roubust enough for my needs.

Also, There is a minimum deposit of $200, which is too much to spend for a test.
so, I'd be also happy for a lower cost suggestion.

thanks,
Shlomo

Trafficvance is by far the best, mediatraffic and leadimpact second, adon third.. (IMO at least)

check out mediatraffic or leadimpact, there minimums have been either $100 or $200
