How do you make money with Email/ZIP submits?

Hey everyone, just wondering how do people make money with zip/email submit offers? I know how to drive traffic to them but zip/email submit offers just don't convert, if I get lucky I'll get 1 lead out of 200 clicks, sometimes over 500 clicks with 0 conversions? Tried many different offers, niches, etc but still at the same results, could anyone please share a secret or a way to make money with them? Thank you very much in advance!

What kind of traffic are you using?

If its a PPV that's like 1 cent for 3 clicks, you could be getting international traffic or something.

You can drive traffic straight to the offer page, but you can also try other things like driving traffic to a free survey, and when they fill out the survey (like one question), they get directed to the offer page to claim their "free gift"

Or if you build an email list/Facebook fan page of freebie seekers you can promote via email/facebook posts.

I've had some email submit campaigns that have had phenomenal conversion rates. The thing with email submits and other simple submits is that you need to cross test the heck out of them because there are so many variables (most of them out of your control) that effect the roi of the campaign.

You can literally have practically the same email submit offer on two networks and one will convert 100 times better than the other because of these many factors. Also be aware of geo restrictions and things of that nature

I use email submits in niche lists that I have built on blogs and other landing pages. It really works well for me.

what is the niche of the traffic?
try to add an offer..that relates the traffic..
and then you will start getting conversions

What is the niche? I would try changing it up.. or perhaps the layout and what not. If you posted what it looks like I could, or more importantly the WF members could give you feedback on how to best optimize your website.
