Copeac not paying affiliates because of FTC?

I'd like to know if anyone else is having issues getting paid by Copeac for their orders? I know that they had a nasty issue with the FTC in April, but i can't see anywhere online whether or not it has been resolved or not. Currently Copeac owes me over $13,000 and are more than 75 days late on payment. I'm lucky if i can get a response from my affiliate manager 1 out of every 3 times I email him. I understand that they had a really rough time with the FTC, but I haven't asked for them to pay me off the full amount of what's due in one lump some. I've asked for them to make a good faith effort to send me $500 or $1,000 a week to clear out the balance. No movement on their end so far. Is anyone else experiencing an issue like this?
