How many pageviews before...?

Assuming you have maximized your site's monetization potential, how many pageviews do you think your site would need to get per day before it can generate some decent amount of money through PPV advertising?

It depends on your niche quality of the traffic! I have a website that does not get high traffic but the traffic is laser targeted and I receive $17 per conversion . I get 3-4 conversions on average per day. So it really depends on your traffic and niche!

Insurance and loan offers have higher payout than dating and email/zip submit! Also, if your keyword is "free weight loss guide" you cannot sell an ebook from clickbank since the visitor looks for a freebie not a paid product!

What if my niche is say... fitness/bodybuilding?

You are still going to have to give more info. If your keyword was a super buyer keyword it would be much less than if it were one that does not necessarily bring traffic thinking about buying.

all down to the traffic my friend it really is! if your traffic is targeted right then your on to a winner no point "buying" junk traffic etc.

Depends highly on traffic. If your traffic is pinpointed, it may not require much traffic at all.

But I'd have to say, in the tens of thousands.

It depends. But if you could induce the visitors to do the offer for you. You can earn more than $100 per day even if you have less than 100 visitors per day.
