CPA Networks and Taxes

So I've noticed all these CPA affiliatenetworks have been slammed with affiliate taxes that are being held in some states. I don't know too much about but I do believe that it'll potentially affect affiliate marketing in general both negatively and positively.

For a positive note, I think it'll pressure some CPA networks to work harder for themselves and affiliates. For a negative note, I think that some of these networks who are trying their hardest to keep up with the game might eventually fall of the ladder and go towards a deep financial downslope before they go up again.

Anyways, like I said, I don't know too much about that, but what are your opinions overall?

It will clean the slate...The big proven professional networks will win and the smaller ones will fall out.

Do you guys think its fair though? I personally don't have an opinion on the matter, I just want to know it might affect smaller cpa networks trying to reach the top.
