Network without ID/proof of age required? (Underage)

Been doing AM for a bit and earned a decent amount, paid via cheque which has all been fine.
However, now looking at signing up for CPA networks like Peerfly, however they require ID and date of birth - I am 18 in 2 months... I don't want to join any network that asks for age or has it written in the TOS that if I wasn't 18 at joining i'll forfeit all my earnings...
Which networks should I use in those 2 months that don't require age/id verification? Or would they accept a University card - I have one that doesn't show my age.
Hope this question doesn't offend anyone.

Just use a parents name?

You can try MaxBounty, EWANetwork, Convert2Media or Ads4Dough. They dont require age/id verification.

If I did this, can I deposit cheques into my bank account? I don't want to get taxed at their rates.
