can i find that ppc+cpa

hello please i want to find a ppc company that can

1- be used to promote cpa offer (email submit) if found how could i create the landing page to get accepted
2- 0.01 ppc adv for usa traffic (for some keywords not for all)
3-no keyword limit like 7search does

hey 7 search has 1000 limit on the keyword but if you send them message they will upgrade you account to 5k keywords. All it takes is a email buddy. Also try bidvertiser for your email submit offers. But be careful because if you target wrong keyword you will lose money very very quick. good luck
