AIM screenname

I have been looking at some of the sign up information in some CPA's, and I see some asking for your AIM screen name? What is that for?

aim.com says, "The official Web site of AOL Instant Messenger. Exchange messages with friends, family, and colleagues online."

I use skype, is AIM the industry standard?

They are a little behind and still use AIM.

There are many options for IM they have but they usually call for verification. But you can send them your sky ID.

Yes, you'll find the makority of networks will still use AIM, particularly your AM's who are easy to reach if you need them.

AIM and SKYPE is a knockout punch when working with our publishers. Not only can we call from skype but we can easily share documents and files on either messenger.
