landing page for email submit??

how do i do this? e.g., the email submit is to pick a store that they like better. how do i make a landing page for this? i don't even want one, but facebook don't allow direct linking. otherwise i'd send them straight to the offer.

do they allow direct linking? i've read "yes" and "no". so i'm not sure.

what would a landing page have on it? i just want to send them to the offer!

thanks for any advice guys. this will be my first time trying out ppc.

Here is a starting point for you (this is for pre-pop offers), you will need to tweak to fit your type of offer.
