|  Options for country-targeted CPA (Venezuela)
Hi!!! I am planning a CPA to pay for users to register on my local website (Venezuela). Do you know any options for publishing this CPA offer that permits me to target a specific country? Also, if any of you is able to provide me venezuelan traffic and pay you by CPA, you are welcome. Thanks! |

You can try any traffic source which have country-targeted option, such as facebook, adwords etc. Good luck  |

Thanks, but they dont offer CPA-Cost per action. I want to pay not for clicks (CPC) or impressions (CPM) but for action (CPA), in particular, the action would be registration on my site.

I would go with adwords & facebook. You can do targeting with them no problem
