I know this has been a very old technique, but has everyone had any success with using email and/or zip submits using only offline marketing? I remember one day as I was driving home, listening to radio, I heard an advertisement about "freeipad dot com," or something similar. I knew it had to deal with CPA. It kind of gave me ideas to do something like that. Maybe not on the radio, but maybe another offline marketing? Did anyone have any success? failures? tips or tricks? Thanks. |

Yea, offline and email submits is a great combo. Done it with very high success in the pas and it's still very much a money maker if you find the right offer/twist

As Omid said offline marketing can be an absolute goldmine if you can specifically target your flyers/ads/posters etc. One of the main appeals of taking your CPA business offline is the lack of competition, you're not fighting for ad-space or keywords out in the real world. Also a lot of people are still very wary of the internet and a physical piece of marketing they can hold in their hands add a lot of credibility and legitimacy to your offer, it just makes it seem more real and tangible to some people. |

Hi all. Lately, I've been trying to do CPA via physical flyers. Following a WSO called 'profit fusion method': it's very simple. Design a simple flyer for a Free Gift Card to Starbucks or Walmart or Dick's Sporting Goods, then go stand out in front of those stores and hand the flyers out... Well, it seems simple enough, right. I have done 4 of these campaigns in the last week and received exactly ZERO clicks on any of the URL's on the flyers! I am pretty dang discouraged. I even talked to my AM at the CPA network, thinking I had the wrong link or something, but it's the right one. She claims it's very hard to get people to fill out even a simple zip submit if they're not already in front of a computer, or about to turn theirs on. The flyer, according to her, just goes in the purse or the trash, never to be seen again. Perhaps this is just 'beginner's luck', but I'm thinking the Offline CPA thing may be a tad oversold. I'd be very interested to hear from someone who has had real success with this method, as, on paper, it sure looks like a winner. I'll be running another trial run soon, this time with a different CPA network (just to make sure it's not something on the first network's back-end). I'll keep you posted in this thread. Thanks in advance for any feedback you may have for me on this! Dave |

brobdingnagian, How many flyers did you have handed out? Was the URL simple to remember? Who did hand them out for you? I know there are many people on Fiverr with gigs on posting flyers, but most of them do not even leave their chair yet still collect the money and a positive review (as it would be really hard for someone to actually check on them, so they post reviews like "thanks, now let`s wait for the results" and similar). I haven`t done anything like that, but I think that if you REALLY have your fliers handed out or posted, you SHOULD be getting some traffic. I`ve read here on WF people get around 30-50 free signups from 500 flyers, and seems like around 30 CB sales from drop cards (again, that`s just what I`ve read). Anyone else could share your experience? Thanks! |

| I, too, have read threads on various sites about how people have had success with offline marketing but I agree with the comment that it's a lot of manual work.

That`s why it`s always interesting to know the exact effort put, and the result generated: how many flyers, how much traffic generated, how many signups/sales etc.

Hi guys, If you have the resources and a successful online long term offer ...you can use billboards, it works really well as long as you get it on the correct neighborhood matching the offer. See it as your "offline site" ...you have to match the offer with the area (traffic) your billboard is located Also Radio is very, very good on the same strategy ...you have to advertise a winner offer (one that you are certain that is converting online) and promote it on a station that suits the offer. The good thing about Radio is that you can access related data from the broadcast ...so you can analyze the spot and make teaks here and there. On Billborad it is more complicated ...but you can get well targeted traffic very fast Cheers |
