How to target right interests in Facebook?

Just setting up few campaigns with facebook and having hard time coming up with correct targeting for facebook ads. For example if I'm doing an offers for hair loss, teeth whitening or colon cleanse, how do I target their interested to best match my offers to have high CTR etc? I tried google adplanner, quantcast etc but its not helping at all, any advise is highly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Go to > Alexa the Web Information Company

For an example I typed in the phrase: Apple I-Pad

Scroll down to the bottom where it says "Queries related to"

And here it gives a list of other items of interest related to the I-Pad:

This is just a start. You can also use Google Trends, Insights for Search, Zeitgeist, etc.
