Hi everyone, Some nice guy recommended me that Facebook is better for a beginner on media buying. Then is there anyone ever succeed on it? And how? Thanks for any comments. Juno |

Hi Juno, FB advertising is becoming very competitive. Last I heard, there were over 700 million active users there, so competition can be as fierce as anywhere else. If you're a beginner, then you may just want to invest in one of the better FB marketing courses out there. Ryan Deiss has one and it's quite good, but there are other good, less expensive ones. There's an offer floating around on the WSO forum that I saw in advertised in the Top Banner area. I forgot the name, but I think it was the WSO of the Day at one time. Either way, learn as much as you can before you delve in. Now, the one tip I'll give you for when you start is to NOT send your FB visitors to a squeeze page; or any where else where they have to fill out their personal information first. They won't like it and you'll lose money as hardly any one will take action. Do send your visitors to your promised content first. Then entice them with more offers. Or present a squeeze page where they can get more info from you. This works like gangbusters - especially if you're doing lead generation and selling to them on the backend. Hope this helps. - Jay |

I think the best way to start with facebook is dive in at the deep end. Thats how all the big boys did it and I can vouch for it. Setup a high converting CPA campaign (check with affiliate manager) with a low budget to get a feel for it, track everything and you will start learning in a much better way than an ebook/course..If you get stuck, as the warriors for feedback |

Facebook is still great, but like others said it is very competitive. You really need to focus on your click-through rate to drive down the cost per click CHAD |
