Hi , has anyone got any experience with TradeDoubler?

I'm trying to join to get affiliate sales through Itunes but i keep being denied.

Any thoughts?

TradeDoubler can be a challenge. BUT there is a good trick to know with using them for the iTunes Affiliate Program. You only need to get accepted into one of the 14 different iTunes Affiliate Programs they have in Europe to earn commissions on all the stores/countries in Europe (17 total). So if you keep getting denied for one country try another.

If you are interested in working with multiple countries using the iTunes Affiliate Program let me know. I've got a few more tricks up my sleeve I'd be happy to share.

Hi

I am having exactly this issue right now.

I have global traffic and need to automatically direct people to the right iTunes store with the correct affiliate link.

How the hell do I do this?

I presume I have to sign up to all the affiliate programs (linkshare for the US as well as Tradedoubler for the UK etc).

I only want one link and I assume that a service like GeoRiot can do this - what else do you suggest?

GeoRiot is your solution. period. This is exactly the problem we solve with our service.

There are some other global redirect services (like smarturl.it or glnk.it) but they only solve part of the problem (geo-targeting).

With GeoRiot we have three steps that happen for every link in the blink of an eye: Geo-target where the user is coming from, translate your original link into one for their specific iTunes / App Store, and encode this new link with the correct affiliate tracking parameters to make sure any sale will result in a commission.
