Why is Epic Direct (Azoogle) not paying?

Why is EpicDirect not paying? A couple of months ago they said it was "system problems" but they would've fixed that by now. Something is fishy... Are they struggling financially? It's a kick in the balls to their affiliates. Anyone know what's really going on with payments there?

I receive regular monthly payments from Epic with no problem.

How long have you been with them? If you're new member there, it will take Net30 even more to be paid

I have been with Azoogle now Epic since 2008, so I was a bit taken aback. Although I rarely run heavy traffic through them anymore

I faced the same problem few months back.I made over 10 calls and sent over 20 mails for payment and finally I got my payment after 45 days .I stopped sending traffic to them and stwitched to another network

They've been pretty backed up for some reason lately from what I hear. They're very big and well known so I do believe they'll eventually get it together.

They're having cash flow issues with advertisers not paying them on time...

Everything is fine for me now with them..all sorted out. I am sure they are back on track.

I'm not sure, but I do know I had to pull their all Epic Direct from my ads at the end of 2011 because of non payment. I called my contact and he told me that he would "do his best to get my payment on the priority list". Apparently their "priority list" is not very effective because I still have not received a single payment from them... EVER! I'm sticking with CJ, they've always paid me promptly. If you're new to Epic Direct - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They simply do not pay.

	Epic Direct is the WORST CPA network. They have screwed their affiliates by not paying out commissions that are as much as 6 months due! Join the Facebook page and support the affiliate community: Epic Direct Advertising Not Paying Publishers
