I believe they are a Monday - Friday 9 - 5 company! So the weekends, might not be a good time to reach them.

I thought they were big company. Everytime I hear payment problem I always stay away from those kind of cpa network.

Tried contacting them through AIM and Email. My AM choose to ignore the messages. This is the 9th day already.

Finally, my AM has responded. She has made an urgent request from the accounting department to re-send the payment. I hope to get the payment soon.

June's payment was late and it was resolved 10 days later. Total waiting time 40 days (including Net 30)..

Now again, July's payment is not wired again.. I'm getting frustrated with Copeac.. Any affiliate from copeac have such bad experience?

Jacob my apologies for the delay i did not see this thread until today i was out of the office for the holiday weekend...Your payment has gone out and you should see this in your account very shortly...

Please let me know if you dont see this by Thursday, it usually takes an extra few days for INTL wires to hit banks depending on the location / bank.

Hi Steve, the payout has been wired already after 9 days. I'm not sure if i would continue with Copeac as $40USD international bank wire fees is too expansive as compared to the previous $20USD. With the history of 2 late payments, i'm really losing my interest in working with copeac.

I'm sorry to have to contact you here, but I have no other choice given that I've tried calling and emailing you and others at Copeac about 50 times over the past few weeks with no calls answered or emails/voicemails returned.

We deposited a $5000 pre-pay with you for an ad campaign. Carlo asked us to redesign it, which we did. He then said they can now only do international. We said that is something we will work on, but will take a few months, and asked for a return of our pre-paid funds in the meantime. Carlo said he sent this to the accounting department, but we never received it.

I know we had a quick conversation a few weeks ago, and you said it should not be a problem and that your CEO was working on it, as Carlo was busy. I do appreciate you are likely very busy. However, it has been over a month since I have been able to make any type of communication with your company, and we have still not received the funds.

I am sure this is just an oversight. We continue to be enthusiastic about doing an international campaign with you. If you could please PM me with an update on the return of our pre-paid funds I would appreciate it! I can also be reached on Skype at LightStreamLLC.

Wow so I'm not the only one having problems with COPEAC. My payment is almost three weeks late now. I've contacted my AM numerous times and she just doesn't answer my questions. One time she even emailed me about something else, I responded within the minute asking for an update about my payment, but surprisingly she didn't answer. I also emailed Steve and info@copeac.com but no answers for over a month now to at least 10 emails and 3 PMs.

COPEAC owes me over 4k but I'm a bit worried I'll never see anything of it. I thought I had joined a great network but this is incredibly unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

Anyone else having recent issues with COPEAC?

Another week has past and I've not heard from anyone from your company regarding our 5k pre-pay being returned. I placed about 30 phone calls and nobody picked up or returned my messages. I sincerely hope that everything is going OK with your company. I realize you have had some recent challenges.

If you could please at least respond to me and give me some kind of status I would really appreciate it. I did receive one indirect message from a friend who is a friend of your CEO, who said that Michael said he knew he owed us the 5k. I appreciated hearing that. If you could please contact us directly about this situation, I could stop worrying about this completely and move on with business.

^^ Wow for a guy who is waiting for 5k and has 30 calls unanswered you're very polite. COPEAC owes me 4k and I'm absolutely pissed off! Not so much by the late payment, but by ignoring all the emails I've sent them.

What are the recent challenges you're talking about??

They delayed my $1k August payment due. I am glad they paid me $10k and $9k previously owed. Now looks like more people are having issue with delayed payment.

Their "auto" payment doesn't seem to be working for June and July's payment in my case.

Reach out to your Affiliate Manager. He/She is the only one that can follow up with the payments. Do check the timezone before you contact them.

Just an update on this. I still have not been able to reach anyone at Copeac, after another round of calls and emails. I've also heard of a number of others owed considerably more than myself.

Copeac -- I can't imagine this is a viable long-term strategy for you. Please contact me and lets work this out! Lets get everything back on track.

Very sad. I am new with Copeac, so I haven't really had to worry about payments and whatnot.
What I have noticed, however, is that my AM doesn't reply to my messages. This is very frustrating.

I do not believe that Copeac is a sinking ship. They had some issues which have been resolved. For those who don't know, they were sued by the FTC, which temporarily caused a banking issue.

They are paying their affiliates, and I know still making money and have fixed most of their issues. If you note, affiliates are getting paid.

That`s a good news but they lost trust which their publishers had on them even if they were not paying they should at least let their publishers know about issues

Sorry, but I have to say I haven't seen a single post in the past month from a happy affiliate who's been paid by Copeac. Not on this thread, or anywhere else in the forum. I think the CPA forum currently has about 4 1st page threads with affiliates discussing how they haven't seen payment in months...

Not that it affects me personally at all, I just don't see any evidence that supports your claim. Although I'm sure everybody would like to hear some good news...

I am done with them....just giving enending excuses.....we moved offices,our top management went out.....hence we cant release payments...this,that,faked stories.......am tired of it.just left it to GOd.

Copeac's pretty much out of business. The FTC froze their assets months ago and rumor has it the new staff and newly named business is getting into the daily deals business.

I have friends that are owed over 50K and haven't been paid since August.

People have worked their a*s off, in the end they don't get paid because the network collapses.
