Which CPA Network Doesn't have Payment Problem

I wonder which CPA Network doesn't bull **** about payment like late payment? I started to hate few of CPA network now because hearing a lot of late payment.

Most networks are floating huge amounts of money. When advertisers pay net 30, it only takes one of them to scrub all the leads network wide for the network to start having payment issues.

That's why we do weeklies only after one verified advertiser payout and won't run an offer through our network unless we're passing affiliate ids back to them.

Also good networks require either pre payment from an advertiser or a credit application. These are some of the questions you should ask your network because in this industry, people like to scam and advertisers like to not pay. What safe guards does your network have in place to protect your earnings?

A4D, C2M, MaxBounty and EWA are all good and very supportive for sure. Never heard anything bad about any of the others either.
