|  Do CPA offers usually have a traffic volume attached?
I mean, is it usually something like if you get 10 sign ups per day we pay you $1, 20 sign ups $2 and so on? Or does it not matter. Reason I am asking this is that the one I am looking to promote you more the more people you ge to sign up. Thanks Pete |
