they make you verify SSN, i doubt anybody is going to sell you their account so THEY can get hit with the taxes at the end of each year.

just buy a 10 dollar domain with that money you would otherwise spend on buying the account, set it up and apply. its really not hard to get accepted to their program.

buy domain thru godaddy, and then email them and tell them you have your site setup using godaddy's website tonight - therefore, you can't add their code to the site to verify. they will approve the account. thats how i got in.

i really do have a site running on website tonight and it really doesnt let you add their code where it needs to be. so i emailed them and let them know, they approved me almost instantly.

I just got accepted into cpalead and.adscend media this week. It took forever but it wasnt hard. Just applied with my site and listed methods of advertising.
