Hello, I need to know what are laws in USA for Betting and is it profitable to build a website with click bank and other affiliates. I have a catchy domain for .us too highly brandable. Anyone experienced with betting, betting systems can provide me guide. Thanks |

I use to own a poker website ringofpoker and I flipped it for a pretty penny. I do not have any specific on laws within the US, but I never had a problem promoting poker and betting websites. CHAD |

Chris is on point. There are some Federal Laws in the states, however a bunch of the gaming/gambling laws are on a state by state basis. What could fly in Nevada could potentially get you sentenced in Massachusetts. With all the different laws, it'd be tough to get a geo specified ad and get decent impressions for the offer (I'm assuming). | |
