Rogbog is right. It is very helpful to have a website already created that is around a CPA offer.

Or you can create a site around a Clickbank offer as well.

My first site that I used to get approved to some of those CPA networks was a Blogspot blog (free) that promoted a CPA offer. It was only 2 posts long and was very basic.

It will also help if you tell them that you are interested in promoting their offers through Pay Per Click advertising. They are not always very excited to hear plans about article marketing.

Best thing to do like others said is to simple have a website already made that receives traffic. Let them know you have experience in other IM fields but want to explore lead generation with CPA.

What exactly is wrong?? what specifically did they say about your application was wrong??

Give them a call and find out the specific reason they did not accept you, it may be something you can change or explain to them right then and there over the phone, if not then use their advice to tailor your applications to ther networks.

Don't worry about having to get into these networks, there are hundreds of networks that you can apply to and start running campaigns with.
