What kind of website I need in order to get approved by CPA networks?

This largely depends on the CPA network. Just like getting indexed in google I recommend having a high quality website. whether that site is big or small does not matter as much as the quality of it.

Can I use other sites which are not created by me? I think they will not ask me to prove that it is not my website, right?

Hi zpoll92,
CPA networks are only interested about how much traffic your website are getting per day/month and if its good place for their offers and if the website content are legal. If you don't have a website just set adwords.google.com as website and PPC as traffic source and they will understand the msg. They may check the domain name age or owner even if they don't ask you about that.

You are welcome zpoll92, Its really don't matter too much since CPA networks have offers for so many niches and verticals. I advice you to go with something that you can rank with and same time with low competition. You can try with free coupons or paid surveys since you are going to build your website from scratch, But do your keyword research wisely to find a good domain name and keywords that you can rank high with.

Use some informative articles, give people some tips etc.. and keep it unique dont use PLR's as it is or copy other websites content.
