Max Bounty: Finally got approved. Had to talk with the person on phone. Good service. Recommended.

Neverblue: Seriously, this network piss me off. They take forever to reply and "last" time they rejected me. Right now, they haven't reply so I need a phone number to call them.

Peerfly: Not to be rude, but on the website, it says 2-3 BUSINESS days and its been like a week? I tried contacting them by email but no one responds.

EWA: I tried the invitation trick, I got an invitation from them, signed up, and still waiting. I need their #.

Since I know its important to have many cpa network at my disposal, I need help getting into the others.
Also, what are other networks I should apply to?

You can certainly try DatingGold. They approved me without phone interview or anything.

As for EWA, they said they are only approving so many affiliate each month. You will have to wait until they reply. Much patient is needed!

Start by learning the platform of the network. Check the offers you have there and don't just look at the dashboard there is a lot of offers inside.

1. find niche

2. find offers

3. make a websie

4. post the link

5. traffic? how do i get traffic

Honestly, your setup on a few networks, just get started, no need to worry about more, I believe maxbounty now also pays weekly, so use that to your advantage..

Agreed, get going now keep applying while you build your first campaign.

Now is the hard part though as what you listed is not difficult. The hardest part is getting cheap enough traffic to the site so you still make a profit. There's lots of ways, SEO, PPC, CPV, media buys, offline marketing etc...
