I have noticed that most of the offers at peerfly are for USA only.

This mean that only USA can fill it out in order to get credited?

Peerfly is a solid network, i would think they have many INTL offers but i could be mistaken. Best bet is to reach out to your AM and get clarification. You're right, if they only have US offers, any user outside the US wont see the offer so your only option is send US traffic but i would reach out to them before doing anything.

US offers can only be promoted to (not by) US people. However, they certainly have international offers, so contact your AM for more information.

That's correct. They'll be redirected to a similar offer for their country if we have one available. You can also set up your own country redirects by clicking the "Tools" tab when viewing an offer.

That's correct if the viewer is not based in the US then they will not see your offer.

This is why it is important to generate targeted traffic, particularly if you are using paid methods, you don't want to be wasting money on visitors that don't even have the chance to convert.

Thank you for the answer. Could you please also tell me if I use PTC networks for promoting the banner of the offer, is that allowed (if the offer say: banner promotin allowed)???
