Ive been working on Myads using banners for a couple of weeks now with no success. Does anyone have a workable system or any advice before I move on. Also I find the interface awkward to use when trying to split test/duplicate ads. Thx |

To be honest, i knew a few publisher using this platform and they were getting extremely cheap traffic that never backed out well. It could be an issue with the decreased user base for My Ad's, a combo of the traffic and the wrong offer being displayed to the users. Do you mind providing some information on the offer and demo you were going after? |

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't too concerned about the lack of users on myspace as they have traffic on other sites like aol and nbc but perhaps I am mistaken. I don't mind sharing data you never know it might help. Offer = Flirt Crowd 300x250 banners (tried others no impressions) USA Single No kids Fem/male (tried both with all ages below) 18-25/26-34/35-50 Ran combinations of 3 banners with M/F + 3 Age ranges. Split RON and social and other sites. I ran around 50 campaigns and tracked with prosper202. Direct linking Low CTRs, high CPC and zero conversions. On the plus side, I take action and I now know what doesn't work. ![]() |

You're absolutely right about the taking action aspect, so congratulations for that.... The targeting looks right, however the low CTR's from banner to offer lead me to believe the banners are not effective, not triggering any action by the users.... I dont know if you would be willing to share banners you used and if you dont want to post on here, I'd be happy to help via email. My favorite part about marketing in general is the creative side so i can definitely help you make the banners more enticing to users. Stephen@Imminteractive.com |

Hey thanks for your comments. I wasn't using my own creatives, just the banners from neverblue. Thanks Rob |

I am assuming that these companies test their banners and that they convert, and as I write that I realize that I should not really assume anything. |
