In my opinion I'll stick PPC social (facebook) as it has proven to work MUCH better and MUCH cheaper than adwords... It's far easier to master fB advertising than PPC in Google (as an example) and also much cheaper. The proof is in the pudding for me... I never made any profit (personally) using Google adwords. However I have made a profit using FB ads. I guess it depends how good you become with both advertising channels |

I wouldn't say it's better. It works better in some cases just as in others social paid traffic works better

I would say that it depends on the niche. There are some niches proven to work better on facebook ads when others just with PPC. Remember people in facebook are not in buying mood but people searching in google for stuff like "Golf Swing Course" have already their cc on hand. It depends of what you sell. |

Why do people think ppc is all about adwords (: so many other ppc channels you can monetize |

Yeah it all depends on the niche. With some keywords you'll be paying a fortune for markets like debt and insurance, while social ppc you'll spend a lot less just tareting the right demographics.

Yeah I don't get why people assume PPC = Adwords. That's far from the truth. There are tons of other great ppc engines that you can get dirt cheap, (even penny clicks) from. |

Well it depends. Its easier to target a gender/age demographic with social ppc. but with regular ppc you can easily get more related clicks to your product.
