i am looking for a website like adf.ly where they send large amount of traffic for small money.

Any site that states they can send you thousands of views for very little money is, in my opinion, simply not worth bothering with. They have their place and uses but driving that type of traffic to cpa offers is a waste of time.

The traffic you receive will be either bot traffic or very low quality that you wont see any conversions.

There are no shortcuts with CPA especially paid traffic, if you're looking to go down the paid route then choose a traffic strategy and make sure you have sufficient capital. Go out and test offers, test ads, copy, images. You're going to lose some money initially but what you learn will be invaluable.

well instead of wasting your money on sites like this do proper seo for your website create high pr permanent backlinks which help you to generate organic traffic from search engines

yeaps, a lot of other cheap traffic option such as ptc ..
but they are not worth it. Getting a conversion is worse than winning a lottery.

This is why quality traffic costs more because users are more willing to perform an action. They are targeted with their interest as well.

You gotta learn for traffic. Its quality not quantity. I would take 10 clicks that will get me leads instead of 1000 that wont.

I think this blanket statement is wrong. There are people on this forum, including Jason, who buy traffic and state that they do very well. The thing about buying traffic is that you get a very fast response to what is or is not working. Everyone has a method that works best for them. There's a thread where the question is asked what traffic source you'd use if you can only have one. You'll see answers vary from person to person.
