I'm using LeadImpact, is there a way to control what time my ad will show as I noticed that my ad converts better during night times? If not, is there any other PPV network that allows you to control what time your ad will show?

Yes you can.

When you click the edit campaign and get to the menu where you can change the budget and Individual User Cap, there is a link titled "Advanced Options" that allows you to choose when the campaign is running.

Agreed, day parting is very important because once you know when your stuff converts, you should only run it then for maximum ROI.
