A question for my fellow warriors!

Ive just recently stumbled upon a mailing list of about 1 million facebook users and im looking to promote my CPA offers to them

So my dillema is finding a mass emailer to send all the offers out

Ive heard of aweber but they require a credit card and all i have is paypal

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can use Mozilla Thunderbird, it's free.

Aweber is generally used for you to "build your own list". By buying your list it's not going to be targeted and the people won't be familiar with who you are. The conversion rates are usually very LOW when you are spam-mailing people.

Thanks for the info, i dont expect conversions to be extremely low with a list of 1.5 mill facebook users, depending on what offers i send.

I know when I get emails from people sending me offers and things like that I automaticlly create a message rule for them and don't down load their emails from the point on. I'm just saying and I know that most people don't do that but of the ones who do then you have left those who delete without reading because the don't know you. Those who delete because the Subject isn't what they want. So you may be surprised after all the ways and reasons people can and do get rid of those emails those that are left could be pretty low compared to what you started with. Hope you do well, but I'm just sayin.

That will consider as a spam and many networks wont allow it. Better to check with your AM first. Mailing to your own list or newsletter members is another story, there people have the option to opt-out from your list and here you are not leaving them any options other than marking your email as a spam or sending your email to trash.

Try to build a list of people that are interested in your offers instead. You can use an autoresponder as Trafficwave, They give you one month for free to test the service.

With Mozilla Thunderbird, I can use any email provider like gmail, yahoo for mass emailing?

Yes, I believe so. I used to use it through Gmail, so I know that works.

I don't think its a good idea to email spam CPA offers... people hate spam, they will just completely disregard it.

Can I add my own contact list in Thunderbird? I am interested in this software after reading some comments... I have an existing more than 2 million emails.

No email service provider is going to let you start spamming a huge list.. so you might as well give up on that idea now.

Even with gmail, they put a limit on how many emails you can send every hour.

Not to mention the fact that you are spamming people, and your list is not even targeted.

So your response ratio is going verrrry low, which means you will probably have to send 1,000 times as many emails to get the same response as you would get from a legitimate list.

Sorry to be so negative, but I just don't want you to waste your time!

Honestly, I wouldn't trust it with 2 million emails. I wouldn't trust it with 1,000. When it screws up I can't imagine how bad the deliverability could be.

As always though, I would only use it to honestly auto-respond to people who are interested in what I have to offer. Spamming 1,000,000 or more people from a bought list is not going to convert that well.

Now, a list of 1,000,000,000 is a different story!

You have to target. If you don't you're not getting conversions at the level you should.

You have to have specifically targeted email. And this is spam as most networks only work with opt in email traffic.

use scrapebox and grap email from craiglist or twitter for topics that are relevant to your product or service and then email them. Always use fwd: or Re: in the subject line as a little trick.

This question was asked 4 months ago but what the hell someone may have the same problem ha.

Generally an autoresponder is going to ask you to send a new opt in to that list..so you can forget about those huge numbers..it wont look anything like that after you ask them to opt in to you and they do not even know you. Heck it goes down tremendously even if they do know you!)

But...good luck to you where there is will there is way.


As far as paypal and no credit cards...what ever the bank is you have on file with paypal, just get a visa or other debit card and boom....you're in business.

First thing is, did you acquire these opt ins yourself? You don't want to get in any heat for spamming them. Second is, if you did, try using MacMassMailer. Considering you have a MAC of course.
