Hi,
I'm looking for some website building software that will allow me to easily create web pages for my affiliates such as Linkshare etc. I want to be able to input my affiliate code not them and use their rss data feeds that they provide. I've looked at a couple of other software programs like popshops and I think it was shop builder or something but they wanted to charge a monthly fee and people were complaining on ow the feeds didn't look right. I'm willing to do some of the manual work but I want to make as may affiliate pages as I would like using whatever merchants that are in my programs etc.

I really like dreamweaver templates, but it may take a bit for you to figure out how to use them. Blogs may be an option too, though.

if you are a non-technical person, dreamweaver may present too much of a learning curve.

Wordpress blogs are really easy to set up as affiliate sites. There was a WSO not too long ago by GuruGazette with a wordpress plugin for data feeds. I'm sure you could find it with the search tool.

I believe I can help you with this one. I spent over a year struggling to succeed at building even the simplest of sales pages. Dreamweaver is impossible unless you are FAR more computer literate than me. Even my wife, who is a software developer, has trouble with it.

I couldn't even get Front Page to do what I wanted...

Then one day I stumbled across a product called XSitePro 2.

It has been a total dream come true for me. Tons of templates, and it's so easy to use. It even has built-in capabilities that are otherwise very difficult, such as one click insertions for:

• Paypal
• Google AdSense
• Amazon
• RSS Feeds

The PayPal integration alone was worth everything for me, though you probably won't require that if you're doing simple landing pages, such as a product review.

There are probably other builders out there as well, but I believe a person should only recommend products with which they have personal experience...and I use this website builder on a daily basis.

Try synthasite.com it's FREE! And it's easier than putting up a wordpress blog and you don't even need hosting! They're GREAT!

You do know that HyperVRE is spyware...

It is wrong to label HyperVRE as spyware.
HyperVRE contacts the article sites to pull out articles for you.
And it contacts the server when it starts, to validate your license.
Other than these, it does not contact the server with your keywords or anything.

Brandon, Thanks for the info! xSitePro seems to be a good choice to get started. I was wondering if it can easily be used for editing an existing website and changing affiliate links or is it meant for creating new websites from scratch?

It is a great wordpress template setup, they provide you with designs, templates and also wordpress is great for marketing with the search engines.

Would not it be better to write a master template in html (when you know html and css). Graphics are easily available in abundance. That way you can have more control. You just put product image, text, benefits, bullets, opt-in and you are done. For the first template you will need some time and for future it will become easier.

Xsite Pro is perfect for making "simple" sales pages which have everything like contact_us, privacy_policy and terms of service. I didnt use Xsite Pro in ages - but i started using it again for my CPA sites!

Learn Wordpress, Free, Very simple once you get hang of it. you can do almost anything with plugins.

does have some learning curve though!
