Absolutely it is possible! I think the mistake many new marketers make is giving up too soon. Another thing to understand is that most campaigns you try are going to fail. I repeat, most campaigns you try are are going to fail! But it's not a failure if you learn from those campaigns and analyze the DATA.

My success rate is only 10%. Only 1 out of 10 campaigns I create makes money. Sounds like a lot of work, but when you have a system in place it's not. I can create 2-4 new campaigns a day without breaking a sweat.

It's really similar to picking up girls. You can't expect to attract EVERY woman you meet and on score the first try. But if you hit on 10, can you get 1 to like you? Doesn't sound as hard when you think of it that way. It's all a numbers game.

One of my campaigns (which is a simple submit) used to make me $10 a day. I was direct linking by the way. I almost shut it down but my conversation rate was decent. After one month I decided to create landers, increase my budget and lo and behold I started to average $100-$200 days ... net income.

Here's two major tips I wish I knew when I first started out:

1. Create a LANDER! (don't be lazy. there are very few offers that work with direct linking)
2. Split TEST. With Direct linking I was converting at 15-20%. After I implemented a Lander I was converting at 30-40%!!! My lander was ugly as sin too. You never know what will work unless you test it!

Mike Morgan just put out a WSO on this which is great for newbies. Highly recommend it. I think it costs a whopping $7.

Never do CPM before CPC advertising. You need to know your #s first and you get them from CPC.

I don't know any beginner or decent free traffic methods, If I did I would gladly tell. But after you have experience doing CPAs and have a decent amount of money in the bank, I highly suggest you learn about buying and mailing co-reg lists. It's not cheap to get into and you'll probably have a hard time getting any one to tell you their sources. However, most will explain the basic blueprint to the process.

If anyone tells you buying lists is a bad way to go, either someone told them that and they believed it to be true or they tried it with out knowing the process involved and failed, but co-reg is how big money is made.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Spread out your cpa campaigns, niches, and traffic sources. Always be working on a few different things

I am no expert, however i have spoken to many a person about cpa recently (this same strategy applies to SEO and works for me very well in that area)

American Traffic= Expensive, competitive and ad immune

Foreign Traffic= Dirt cheap, non competitive, often much newer to Ads online (I put a OMG YOU WON AN IPOD Ad on one of my sites targeting the phillipines and multiple people actually thought they won)

The both have one similarity though

They fill out email forms and want to buy sh*t. I started getting traffic to one of my CPA offers for less than .0015 a click...(I am a CPA noob by the way) but people make money by being innovative/clever. Find the loop holes! =D

Yes, I'm here. I have earned so much more than 50$ in a day with using social media. Twitter is a huge marketing area! You can promote your offers with using facebook/twitter. Be creative and make your own strategy!

Becker, I'd like to pick your brain a bit on foreign traffic. I'm interested in going that route but find it difficult to find information. Let me know if you're willing to chat.
