Traffic Exchange related questions

Hey warriors,

Well, i just came across a WSO saying it's still good to do quick list building with some traffic exchange sites, even drive traffic directly to your affiliate sites/pages.

What i really hesitate is, this kind of sites will probably deliver low quality traffic, and it's hard to target demos, right? I don't want a Huge list but highly targeted lists with responsive subscribers, dormant member means nothing to me.

TrafficSwarm/TrafficSplash/Easyhits4u etc are kinda sites they mentioned, anybody had tried them and seen some good results?

Plus, what if i drive those exchange traffic to CPA offers, will AMs/Advertisers be okay with this traffic source?
