Rules for integrating multiple money methods like cpa+adsense etc.

I am somewhat new to the monetization methods for my sites, I have a bunch of domains I am slowly converting into sites. I remember that you can only have 3 adsense modules showing on 1 page at a time? Is that still correct?

Also What are the rules as to if I put 3 adsense blocks up, 1 cpa offer and promote with a clickbank banner ad? Will i get booted from any of the companies or is this all ok?

Do you suggest running them all by simply copying the code into a widget via wordpress or should i run them through a banner rotator? My biggest concern is getting kicked out of a network or offer program before I even get started.
