I want to learn via email to promote my offers, who can tell me some of the methods and information, thank you.i don't know how to start

Do you a have a list of subscribers you want to promote your products to or what? Explain yourself.

You have an offer, but have you already build up your list where you would be able to send your offers through? if you have, I would suggest to first let your members know who you are first through your initial emails before sending in the offer, in that way you can build up a relationship with your list members first. If you do not have a list yet, then that is a different story.

Provide additional details on your concern and I'm sure you will receive help from a number of veteran warriors here.

Get an ESP account (Aweber), Set up Squeeze page, drive targeted traffic then start building your lists

That's some good advice cpaddiction, but like most people forget, it takes time to develop a good mailing list and people have to willingly submit their emails. On the other hand, you could also buy mailing lists for certain niches with even 100's of thousands of emails
