I would clean it up a little bit more! Also, don't forget to promote through social sites such as facebook, twitter and youtube!

I would clean it up before promoting it more as Chad said!

Following on from the prvious comments there is one massive leak iin your site where you will lose hundreds upon hundreds of visitors.

Under the claim your code box you have a link that says

"click here to see how it all works"

Which directs to Youtube. This is a big no no, you don't want to be sending visitors elsewhere once they have landed on your site. Internet users, for the most part, are fickle, don't expect any loyalty from them, they will not make he effort to come back to your page.

Simply have it so that when they click the link a video opens up in a new page or onscreen, whatever just KEEP THEM ON YOUR SITE!

Good luck.

Why not just embed the video right there?

You need to clean that up. It's definitely a killer with that video. You never direct traffic away. NEVER! lol but nice start on a worthy endeavor!

It looks messy. Make it look more professional. Take out the chat, in my opinion. Provide factual testimonials and things to make it stand out.

Like I said before I agree with this....but that chat could be ok...he needs to find a way to make the chat fit in better.

Right! Like move it to the side or something where it isn't the main focus.

Honestly, when you land on the site it's confusing.

Thank you all for replying. The reason I have the shout box is because many people have asked questions using it and without it I doubt anyone would know what to do. It think it has to stay, but where else would I put it. I want it on the home page so people know we have one.

I will embed the video later, I guess that was not the smartest idea.

Also, what do you guys think about the orange banner. Keep it or lose it?
