My $500/Day Journey with CPA + PPC

Hi Warriors!

In this post I will talk about my $500 per day journey with CPA + PPC (Mainly Facebook, Adwords, POF).

So, let's start! Today's post is about my campaign on POF that I'm running for two days so far.

Payout: $3.75
CPA Network: Neverblue

First Day:
Impressions: 73978
Clicks: 10
CPM: $0.25
Conversions: 0
Costs: $18.50
Earnings: 0
Profit/Loss: -$18.50

Second Day (I changed some target option in the campaign):
Impressions: 24454
Clicks: 11
CPM: $0.25
Conversions: 2
Costs: $6.11
Earnings: $7.50
Profit/Loss: $1.39

What I learned? You will never find a winner campaign with your first ad (so you will lose some money). But you need to test and make changes. Don't give up. I think I've been pretty lucky to "win" at my second day of changes :-)

Today I'm going to make different ads to test different images and ad copy. That was just one ad to see if it works and if POF accept that offer. Now I can go further with my ad's test :-)

I am also new to CPA and going to test which one works well for me. I agree that a few money get wasted at the start but i believe it is a step for the success. Every niche would need a different traffic source to hit success with it. All the best.

I am also going to promote some offer via PPC, but i am confuse so please tell me which ad network will be best Google Adwords, MSN ad center or 7search

Hi NilNuniwaal, sorry but I can't help you. I'm not using any of these networks. I used adwords for a while but to promote clickbank products, but now adwords is always rejecting my ads so I'm not using it anymore.

Surely, the most quality traffic is with adwords but you need to manage the costs since it's more expensive then the others.

Maybe you can try with 7Search... less traffic, less quality but cheap clicks.

POF is a gem when you learn to use it right. The fact that you've had success on your second shot is reassuring that you're on the right track. Imagine scaling up with that ad to $611 a day you'd have possible $139 profit. Tracking is the key. Ditch the keywords that don't convert and replace with others and keep doing this until you find a winner.

I should imagine (guessing here) that the OP is trying to get to $500 a day and intends to chronicle his journey using this thread...giving us a chance to learn from his mistakes/successes as he goes

Find a good network, find a good offer to promote, make monies.

I guess thats the best way to put it in the most simple terms.

We are now three months into the OP's $500 per day journey, and judging by the lack of follow up posts, he is not there yet.

Hey thanks for the post. Yeah I heard about POF and that they are pretty flexible to advertise with....but have yet to try them. But you're off to the right track when looking at tracking and seeing what works. You might have to wait till you get alot more numbers though as what you have above is still pretty small in terms of the CPA game.

So, you still out there? Because I like the idea behind the thread. It could really help show noobs to get get discouraged just cause they have an ad that failed and show the process that it takes to build from nothing to that $500/day mark.
