Ask the viewers to take action.
Explain to them exactly what to do. Sub, like, click link, follow steps ect.
Get a few backlinks and you could be on the first page of google for your keywords. This really works!
Always, always, ALWAYS put the link at the top of the description with http:// this makes it so the viewers can see it without the expanding the description and click it. I've seen so many people put www.site.com and get no traffic or vary little because the link is not clickable on youtube without http://.
Last but not least (probably most important) buy a domain and cloak those ugly affiliate urls!!!
One generic domain would be fine just make sub domains for each offer. For example www.jaymoney20.com/giftcard www.jaymoney20.com/superawersomefreestuff ect ect.

Some people comment on other related videos with the link to their video to bring traffic. I haven't personally tried this but the other steps have worked wonderfully for 8 months.

Have you uploaded the videos? That seems to be the next logical step (after creating or obtaining the account/s).
