Well, exactly as the title states, can getting my friends to sign up for my CPA offers get me banned from the CPA network?

There shouldn't be a problem if your friends are truly interested in the offer. If they are just signing up so that you get paid, then your ripping off the company. Which then I highly suggest you learn how to generate traffic and get legitimate sign ups or you won't last in the business.

I am sure if you direct this effort toward the good way
you might not make as much, but you will get it 100%

Don't do it. I made this mistake early on in my career trying to game the system. I used to setup fake job websites and spam craigslist. I got leads, got paid, but felt dirty. I wasn't helping anyone. I became paranoid that I wouldn't get paid or banned from the network.

It's better to learn how to generate leads properly. Too many people focus on short term money when they should really focus on creating a long term BUSINESS. Lead gen has been around for a long time and is not going anywhere. If you learn how to generate legitimate leads (that kind that will backout for the advertiser) you will make more money beyond your wildest dreams.
