You can Target any Kind of Offer, Because for example if you want promote sign up or download leads, you can make a landing Page, and get the people from craigslist site to your landing Page, next they will either sign up or download or just leave the page.
But Also working with email is one way to increase your leads, most of the offer allow banner and emails or using landing page at the same time.

One Issue most of the Guys face....
is that most affiliate companies or advertiser doesn't allow craigslist traffics
What they really meant here is that YOU CAN NOT POST THE AFFILIATE LINK IN CRAIGSLIST WEBSITE.
But you can get the people to your site from craigslist and do whatever you like

Yeah I've thought about it a bit more since reading his post last night (I was a bit drunk, so everything sounded good at that time) and I went back and read it over today. It still sounds plausible (in theory) but I don't think I'll be doing it. Just not worth the risk. They have their reasons for not wanting this traffic, even if they don't tell you exactly what the reason is.

I don't see it being worth the risk of losing a CPA account, especially since we ALL know just how hard they can be to get accepted to in the first place. Otherwise I would blast out some offers with Tweet Attacks Pro and make a killing. But the current CPA networks I'm with either don't allow Twitter, or they do allow Twitter and their offers really suck.

But thanks anyway though, still gives me a couple of ideas.

Not quite understanding what you are saying here. I can't speak for him, but I'd imagine he was referring to the fact the CL is just not allowed anymore for multiple reasons.

Not to mention it is not a long-term traffic source period.

Craigslist is usually not a good friend of most CPA networks, so be careful with this method. It can be better to talk to your affiliate manager before promoting any offer with this traffic source...

Listen bro, Yeah you're right. CJ.com and Adsense you could easily get away with driving Craigslist traffic. CJ is no great CPA network, and they shave. But that's another story. I'm not big on Adsense either.

But 99% of the time I check an offer TOS on one of the REAL CPA networks, it always seems to state "No Craigslist Traffic Allowed". Why? Because most likely the biggest fraudsters were running around impersonating females, job "scouts", or credit counselors trying to get people to sign up to their offers.

I can't doubt that your methods work, I'm sure they do. But like Chad stated Craigslist and CPA is not a good long-term business model. You could easily be banned or have your accounts froze. With CL it's no big deal, just get another IP and PVA. But to jeopardize your good standing with the CPA networks, possibly getting "blacklisted" is not a great idea.

With CJ, ClickBank or Adsense I'd say yeah, who cares.. **** them! lol

Doesn't it depend on the particular offer whether Craigslist advertising is allowed or is it network wide?

For example, I have an account with CJ and there are some individual CPA offerings that specifically state "no CL" while there are others that have no mention of CL being restricted.

So for CJ is it a network wide restriction against CL or does it depend on what the restrictions are of each individual advertiser?

It would probably be better to ask an AM but I thought I'd see what people have to say here first before asking an AM.

Datool is just trying to twist words. Wherever traffic is generated from is what cpa companies consider the target traffic. In other words if you make a landing page and link to in from craigslist the traffic is still being brought from craigslist and is still considered craigslist traffic. Which means this is banned at 99% of cpa companies offers. Maybe because you have a temporary "work a around" you'll make money for a while but one day you'll be banned. Vary black/grey hat indeed which isn't allowed on this forum.

If anyone reads this I advise you not to follow this guy.
