Well I haven't tried that yet, but I was actually thinking about that. It could be a very successful thing to do, for example you know the new iPhone 5 is coming out soon and if you had a rich domain name that target's iPhone 5 and fill the page with CPA offers and PPC links, you could make a lot of money.

I'm not sure if that was what you were looking for, but you just gave me an idea even though you didn't do nothing and I found it by answering your question lol

It depends on your PPC network.

Some networks accept using your affiliate links as they are and some don't allow that and you should mask your affiliate links to be able to use their advertising platform.
