What is "E-mail only traffic", plus secondary question

I've been looking to get into CPA. Legal offers specifically. I found some VERY attractive lead gen offers which indicate that the traffic they will allow is "E-mail ONLY". They sound like they mean it. Would someone be so kind as to explain what that means: E-mail ONLY traffic.

Also, the offers indicate that their links should never be used and that I would need to use a "re-direct". Again, not sure what they mean.

I am not a member of any CPA networks yet, and want to get a little education here first before I waste any network's time and my time by jumping in without knowing the landscape.

I am just starting promote clickbanks products via twitter, It is now about 1000 hops with no actions or sales, Is there products work better with twitter?

E-mail only means that only traffic from mailing lists is accepted.

As to the links, they are saying you can't use their link (your affiliate link to the landing page) in the email message. You have to use a different link and then when someone clicks it, redirect it to your affiliate link.

So in the body of the email you will have as a link say...

http://www.yourdomain.com/xxxx/index.html and when someone clicks on it, it is redirect to http://blahblahblah - being whatever your affiliate link is for the landing page.

cpa is a great way to make money..but getting accepted by adwords and facebook is just another story

I think you should ask you question in a separate thread.

BTW, to the OP:

When it says Email Only, it means you can only promote this offer to your email list.

And when it says it needs you to re-direct the link, it wants you to not direct link to their offer. You can use a redirecting service or script.

Thanks very much for clearing that up for me. I now have the terminology sorted out, the mechanics regarding link structure for these types of offers, and ( light bulb moment here) I understand the inherent advantage of Cpa AND List Building.

Eric,

Email only means you are only allowed to promote the offer with email marketing

For the display link question, it just means you need to have your own domain And hosting to escentually "hide" there link when promoting it

First off I would avoid twitter. Soo many people spam twitter with instant offers and earnings it's ridic. Try building SEO and solid resources that are going to last.

I agree man. I don't see how TweetAttacks could be that powerful at all. Twitter is such a spam-fest and has been almost since it started.

What about buying non-incentive emailing from Get paid website? Does it fall under email marketing too?
