I used to run a mobile campaign in admob. 300 click and only 1 conversion, cost me $15. My affiliate manager told me that the CPA offer that I promote is not mobile optimized landing pages and he suggest me create a mobile optimized squeeze page. So i want to ask, is any warrior know:-
1. Am I going to show them my squeezepage straight away after they click my ad or I need to create some "bait"(banner) so they will opt-in my list to want more information.
2. How to create decent mobile optimized squeeze page?
3. After I get their email and I send the CPA offer to them. How I know that are they will check the CPA offer in their mobile or desktop PC?
4. If I do not want to create squeeze page that how to choose the CPA offer that is look like to the user on the mobile phone?

I spend $40k a month or more on mobile CPA and I can tell you it does work, but requires a bit of effort and a lot of management. Landing pages are the key to getting great offers. Since I am the #1 affiliate on a few networks, I can negotiate to get the LP's changed and optimized or I stop running the offer. I'm also not able to go directly to the publishers, and cut out the middleman. This is after 2 years of work.

Long story short, it Mobile CPA is not a get rich quick scheme, it is risky and it is not for everyone. Don't listen to the hype.

My buddy has a website where he does some training for new mobile marketers called Mobile Marketing Community | Mastering Mobile Marketing | Mobi mastermind I'd check it out as it starts with the basics, which he teaches very well.

I can tell you from personal experience, admob is not a good traffic source. There are better ways to get more targeted mobile traffic.
