Any cpa networks that accept 17 year olds?

I think Canadian based networks accept you if you're under 18. Try MaxBounty and Qwik Media. I believe both of those are based in Canadia =D

That depends on the amount of traffic you've got

But it would be better if you had your parents set up an account for you.

I agree with Matthew. Try Canadian based CPA network. In addition to MaxBounty and Qwik Media, you can also try out LeadCola, Adjump and Neverblue. They are based in Canada too. Good luck

As said above, the more you can drive traffic (or seem like you can drive traffic), the better chances you will have.

I would suggest having a very detailed and solid plan of action and making sure you can talk the talk, meaning you know how CPA works, know how to talk about what you will be doing and how you will be promoting, etc.

If there's a will, there's a way!
