Hi I couldn't quite figure it out from clickbank guidlines if as a new vendor I have to ability to offer an upsell, and I can't get anyone to reply to this question. So does anyone here knows if a new vendor is entitled to offer an upsell on click bank? |

From what I heard, is that you can not Upsell another product that is not under your current transaction or company, example being you can not sell a hammer at your online hardware store and then link to a competitors tool store to sell a similar product. If you did want to do this, each would have to be a separate transaction. http://www.dmaresponsibility.org/TSRGuide/ |

There is a way that they accept for newbies. I do it all the time. First off I think that they have something called one click upsell where you can offer an upsell after they bought the original product from you but you have to have something like 5000 sales to qualify for one click upsell. The way around that is to do the traditional upsell where people click your order button and go to a new page that says "wait, I want to make you an additional offer" you then explain the upsell product to them and set it up as product #2 in your clickbank account. So when they get to the buy now button they can buy original product(product #1) or they can click second(upsell) buy now button(product #2) which is for original product and upsell. You'll of course need 2 thank you pages set up in you cb account. Mike |
