Centralized CPA Programs

Hi All:

Does anyone have a list of CPA programs that are centralized?
Meaning the CPA Network pays you on schedule and you don't have to separately register for every single company you want to promote. Also the payment comes from the CPA network not the individual companies you are promoting.

Thanks, have you guys tested them and do they actually pay.

I see some very ridiculous payment terms for some CPA Networks like
"We will only pay you after the vendor has paid us"

Are the following honest CPA programs?
clixGalore
affiliateer
incentreward

Has anyone gotten paid from any of the above networks?
The reason I ask is that I tested a couple of pay per lead programs and I do not see the signup statistics, so it seems like they didn't track them or are shaving stats.

Thanks Luke, but I was curious if they have been tested by you or others around here. Meaning have you actually received payment from all the ones you mentioned in the sticky?

Some of the websites of these CPA Networks look very unprofessional and sketchy (not naming any names) so I want to be sure I am not promoting something that'll be a waste of traffic.

I keep hearing alot of crap about clixgalore and clickbooth about not paying/paying on time etc but in general most of the CPA networks do pay on time and if you do a certain amount of volume like, usually $1000 a week they pay weekly.
