Default CPA Payment Question - W9 Related?

Okay so I've already submitted my tax information for this CPA and so far I have earned about $599 in 2011

Here are some questions I'm concerning:
1. Do you have to file tax if you have not reached $600? or do they file it automatically for me since I've already submitted my SSN?

2. How much will I get taxed off my earnings if I've earned more than $600?

Thanks for any input.

You should submit your W9 by yourself. Try to contact you AM for detail.

Most of Network [above 95% ask W9 in start]. But some networks wait till you reach $600 in a financial year. It is good to contact your network manager.
