What are the programs and services you use? T404? Market samurai? Keyword spy? Do you love using them? Just starting out, just research. I'm looking for valuable popular software to use. Thanks everyone!

Sure, there are some good ones out there, but I've really found my "best results" going into untapped markets where competition is non-existent. Seems like a lot of people will purchase these tools, see what the competition is doing, copy them, and give it a try. In reality this just increases traffic costs for everyone. Use the free Google keyword tool to find you some high volume, low competition keywords (they exist I promise), and create some campaigns around them. I personally think you'll be much happier with that ROI.  | |

I use Samurai also. No I do not love using it. I would rather it do all the work on it's own. Since that isn't possible, I do find it rewarding to locate an underleveraged market prior to purchasing a domain and building a site. I tend to do a lot of homework prior to deciding on a promotion. And it IS work! Whatever you decide to use, take time to learn to use it, and don't forget that tools alone can't do it all, it takes some intuition and gut instinct. |
